Purpose of this website
This website presents the concept of Loumaatic, a lounge reservation system for hotels and their guests. It is informational only; no products or services can be purchased here.
AI transparency (EU Regulation 2024/1689 — AI Act)
We label the use of artificial intelligence openly. This is the current status for Loumaatic:
- Website content: images and parts of the texts on this website were generated or edited with generative AI tools and are marked as such (Art. 50(4) AI Act).
- No chatbot or AI interaction: this website contains no chatbot or other system that could give the impression of communicating with a human (Art. 50(1) AI Act).
- No emotion recognition, no biometric categorisation and no biometric identification are used (Art. 5 and Art. 50(3) AI Act).
- Product: the Loumaatic reservation system allocates loungers using deterministic, rule-based logic. It makes no automated decisions with legal effect on individuals and is not a high-risk AI system under Annex III of the AI Act.
- Should AI-based functions (for example demand forecasting) be added later, they will be disclosed here together with their purpose, the data used and human oversight before launch.
Data protection
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising services. If you contact us by email, we process your address and message solely to answer your request and delete them once they are no longer needed. You can request information, correction or deletion at any time via office@loumaatic.com.

Contents of this website were created with care, but we accept no liability for their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. External links lead to third-party content for which the respective provider is responsible.
Online dispute resolution
